What is the quality of the limited-edition prints?
Every one of our Limited-Edition Prints is printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper, we use Epson UltraChrome K3™ ink. Creating archival prints with amazing color fidelity, gloss level, and scratch resistance, while providing consistently stable colors that significantly outperform lesser ink technologies. This breakthrough pigment ink technology also makes it the perfect choice for professional neutral and toned black and white prints with higher density levels and virtually no metamerism. It is pigment-based and is rated to last 250 years.
Is there a limit to the edition?
Yes, edition sizes vary from small, medium and large, they are specified on the products web page. We have strict edition sizes, once the print is sold out, it can no longer be reproduced. The unique hologram featured on each numbered print and correlating story, assures that each one is specific to one particular piece of art.
What's included with a print?
Your limited-edition print will come with a printed, numbered copy of the story written by the photographer, that will act as a signed certificate of authenticity. Each certificate is made of premium deckle edged mould made paper with a Hahnemühle watermark and fluorescent security fibres. A serialized numbered hologram is added. A second, identically numbered hologram is applied to the reverse side of the artwork. You will be able to register your unique limited edition print as owned by you.
How do I register my limited edition print?
Simply visit myartregistry.com and enter the details as prompted.
Are the prints signed?
The print's story will be signed by the artist. 
Do you offer exchanges and returns? ​
We will gladly exchange art for another piece of equal or lesser value if you received the incorrect image or size. Should you need to return your print due to one of the above reasons, please contact us at: support@untamedphotographer.com for details on how to proceed. As every piece of art is made to order, we currently do not offer any exchanges or refunds for other reasons.

Limited-edition indicates that the artist is committed to creating no more than a certain number of prints for that given work. This exclusive nature of a limited-edition print raises its value. Art designated as such comes with a unique hologram authenticity certificate and a personally hand-signed and numbered story by the artist. Once the print is sold out, it can no longer be reproduced. Shipping

How does shipping work?​
Untamed Photographer ships directly from Miami. This ensures that each piece is quality controlled, whilst packaging and shipping work with utmost care and professional materials.
What are your shipping costs? ​
We offer $35.00 flat rate ground shipping to all 48 continuous US States.

How long will it take to receive my work of art?​
Our production time is between 24 to 48 hours after the order has been received (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time would depend on the kind of service requested. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. 
How is the artwork packaged? ​
Prints are sent out in a rolled tube, along with the signed story and certificate of authenticity. They are carefully packaged to ensure you receive your order in pristine condition.
Do you ship internationally?​
Yes! For orders placed outside of the United States please contact support@untamedphotographer.com for a customized quote.
Do I have to pay for taxes or customs & duties?​
U.S. Sales Tax
If your artwork is shipping within the United States a state sales tax may be added to your total. This is based on your location and local state tax regulations. A breakdown of all costs, including any applicable taxes, will be visible at check out prior to submitting your payment information.

Customs Charges
If your artwork is shipping internationally, you may also be responsible for paying any applicable international customs fees, this is determined based on the country the artwork is being shipped to. For further information about these fees you may check with your country's customs office.

How will I know when my finished piece is set to arrive? ​
We seek to update you every step of the way! You’ll receive an automated message with tracking when your custom print has left the printing studio. 
What if my print arrives damaged?​
We want to make sure you receive your piece of art in pristine condition! Any damaged or incorrect prints are eligible for a replacement. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt at suppot@untamedphotographer.com with photos and a detailed description of the damage.
